Inle - Kakku Extension

Kakku is one of the attractive archeological & culture sites in Myanmar. The Pa O people believe that the original pagoda was built on the site some 2,000 years ago. Pagoda complex contains over (2500) Pagodas clustered in a small valley, surrounded by thick forest. Stupas are decorated with fine stucco work.
Morning pick-up from hotel in Nyaung Shwe or Inle Lake and drive to Taunggyi, capital of Southern Shan State. Approx. 25 km away from Taunggyi, discover the "long lost" ruins of Kak Ku.
On the way, passing through the humble villages of Pa-O tribe and incredible hilly regon scenery. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.
