2010 Mid-year Gems Emporium will be held in Naypyitaw on 17 Nov’10.

It will take about 2-weeks. This Emporium aims to encourage Gem Traders to sell more high-quality Gems & Jewelry to the International trade.

Myanmar, a well-known producer of gems in the world, boasts ruby, diamond, cat's eye, emerald, topaz, pearl, sapphire, coral and a variety of garnet tinged with yellow.
